Edited excerpts…

Please shed some light on the new partnerships Securonix is leveraging to make a good mark in the market.

Securonix has been actively expanding its partnerships to make a stronger impact in the market. We have formed strategic alliances with various partners, including major players like Hitachi, ValuePoint, Tech Mahindra, and the most recent, RAH Infotech as MSSP Distributor. These partnerships span across different regions and we believe that it is crucial for our growth and market penetration. In the Asia-Pacific region, for instance, we’ve partnered with NEC, a significant systems integrator. Through these collaborations we are expecting to drive substantial growth, increasing the channel business’s contribution from 70% to potentially 80-85% of Securonix’s overall business.

There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the Securonix Elevate program. How does this program benefit the Partners?

The Securonix Elevate program offers several key benefits to partners, making it a highly advantageous initiative:

  • Strong commitment to partners: 70% of our business is channeled through partners. The Elevate program reasserts this commitment, highlighting our belief that partners are essential to our success. This deep commitment ensures that partners are prioritized and supported in their business endeavors with Securonix.
  • Support for customized service practices: The Securonix Elevate program allows partners to build and offer tailored services to their end customers using the flexible Securonix platform. Whether providing UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) as a service, full SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) as a service, partners can customize offerings to meet specific customer needs.
  • Amplification of wallet share: The Elevate program addresses partners’ concerns about margin protection and de-reciprocation. By ensuring that partners’ financial interests are protected, the program helps them enhance their profitability and business growth.
  • Ease of doing business: The program eliminates barriers for partners by offering no fees, free training, flexible billing options, and competitive pricing models. This makes it easier and more attractive for partners to engage with Securonix, fostering a more cooperative and productive business relationship.

To conclude, the Securonix Elevate program is designed to empower partners by providing them with the tools, support, and financial security they need to succeed. This creates a win-win scenario for both Securonix and its partners to thrive in the competitive cybersecurity market.

As a security pioneer, what major customer and partner trends do you foresee in the market?

We’ve identified several major trends among customers and partners in the market:

  1. Cloud adoption: There is a significant rise in the adoption of cloud services, even within government sectors. Public sector banks and units are now embracing cloud technologies, which presents substantial opportunities for cloud service providers like us.

New Securonix EON has acquired newer capabilities through advanced features like Insider Threat Psycholinguistics, InvestigateRx and Adaptive Threat Modelling. Would you please elaborate on how these features help you to fork out more ebullient solutions to the market?

Securonix has recently unveiled Securonix EON, a revolutionary suite of AI-Reinforced capabilities designed to revolutionize CyberOps in response to emerging AI-powered threats. This launch marks a significant milestone in Securonix’s AI journey, ushering in a new era to empower organizations to combat the evolving cybersecurity landscape amidst mounting challenges security teams face.

Key features of Securonix EON include:

  • Insider Threat Psycholinguistics: Powered by Amazon Bedrock, this feature harnesses the science of interpreting psychology through language to deliver entity and activity-based risk scoring. It enhances insider threat detection by accurately discerning user intent and behavior, thereby identifying potential malicious activities such as financial crimes and obfuscation.
  • InvestigateRX: This feature transforms retrieved targeted and objective content into coherent, context-aware summaries, enabling analysts to make swift decisions and save approximately 15 minutes per incident. Securonix customers benefit from streamlined information delivery directly to analysts, eliminating the need to search for data across multiple sources.
  • Adaptive Threat Modeling: Leveraging machine learning to create adaptive threat models and dynamically link violations with anomaly detections, this feature enhances investigative capabilities. It enables analysts and CyberOps teams to uncover previously unseen attack chains in near real-time, enhancing speed, accuracy, and efficiency in constructing a comprehensive attack picture to prevent its destructive phases.
