Zendesk acquires Tymeshift, bringing AI-powered workforce management to customers

Zendesk, Inc has completed its acquisition of Tymeshift, an AI-powered modern workforce management (WFM) solution. Built exclusively for Zendesk customers, Tymeshift simplifies the management of complex customer experience (CX) workloads.
