Building upon the roaring success of the previous edition, the 2nd edition of the most coveted MSP India Summit 2024 has been conducted with great fanfare at Hotel Holiday Inn, Aero City, New Delhi on 13th September 2024. A unique initiative by Accent Infomedia Pvt Ltd., the event which witnessed robust response from the industry, aimed at recognizing the immense contribution of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for their critical role in driving growth and turbo-charging the partner eco-system across the country.
A meeting point of over 120 leading MSPs offering various technology services including cyber security, SOC, NOC, DR, Backup, cloud computing, IT services, AI ML, etc, the event was marked by highly insightful sessions by industry think-tanks, who gathered to brainstorm and understand the future trend in MSP business.
Delivering the welcome note, Sanjay Mohapatra, Group Editor, Accent Infomedia Pvt Ltd., made a candid introduction to the event. “Managed IT service providers (MSPs) are evolving their business model beyond managed services. The pandemic had forced many MSPs to significantly transform their businesses. Against the backdrop of today’s dynamic business landscape, the role of MSPs has become super critical in addressing various business pain points and specific business concerns with clinical accuracy,” said Mohapatra.

Delivering the Keynote on ““Cyber Security Incident Response & Defending Ransomware Attacks”, Kinshuk De, Head Incident Response, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), set the tone of the event.
Rahul Goswami, General Manager & Head of Strategic Marketing, HCLTech, moderated a panel discussion on “How to Create a Service Led Economy.” The panel included leading names of the IT industry such as Punit Thakkar, CEO & MD, Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt. MSP India Summit also recognized over 115 MSPs for their precious contribution to the IT ecosystem. Top Partners from India, who have created services as the major business growth for their topline and bottom line, were awarded at the event.
The awardees were selected by an independent jury through a rigorous process, taking into account the contenders’ contribution to growth, financial performance of their organization, product, service innovation among others. The jury evaluated around 600 IT companies through primary and secondary research to arrive at the final list of 115 winners.
The winners were also provided instant media opportunities on the spot. At the fag end, Sanjib Mohapatra, Publisher, Accent Infomedia Pvt Ltd., gave the vote of thanks. This was followed by Networking Dinner and Cocktails.
