Netpoleon India pleased to announce the appointment of Gaurav Ranade as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Netpoleon India, a subsidiary of the Japanese conglomerate Macnica Inc. With an impressive tenure of over 27 years in the IT and Cybersecurity industries, Gaurav brings a wealth of experience and deep expertise that will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of the Government, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) & Telecom verticals for the company.
As CTO, Gaurav will be responsible for building and strengthening Netpoleon India’s services portfolio, especially focusing on the needs of the Government and BFSI sectors. His role will also include spearheading the implementation of cybersecurity strategies, designing secure architectures, and aligning the company’s offerings with the unique demands of these critical verticals.

He has been pivotal in delivering large-scale digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives across national and international landscapes. As a trusted industry advisor, his deep technical knowledge, particularly in areas such as Security Operations Centers (SOCs)/NOCs, Data Centers, and e-Governance, will be invaluable to Netpoleon India’s future ventures.
