In this role, Shiva will lead MathCo's Engineering practice, driving delivery excellence, talent development, and operational scale. He will work closely with teams across the organization to strengthen engineering capabilities and support MathCo's continued global growth.
Shiva brings over two decades of experience with deep expertise in Data, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation. His experience spans engineering leadership, delivery management, client partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. Throughout his career, he has led multi-million-dollar transformation engagements, built global engineering organizations, and enabled enterprise-scale adoption of Data and AI solutions.
