CitiusTech, a leading provider of healthcare technology services driving digital and AI excellence, announced that it has appointed Dhaval Shah as Chief Business Officer – MedTech & Life Sciences. Dhaval Shah is a distinguished healthcare industry executive with over 26 years of experience across HealthTech, imaging ISVs, providers, life sciences, and medical device companies. In his role as Chief Business Officer, Dhaval will lead enterprise market strategy, strengthen client partnerships, and accelerate business performance across CitiusTech’s Medical Technology and Life Sciences segments.
A founding employee of CitiusTech, Dhaval has played a significant role in the company’s growth and evolution during his more than 19 years with the organization. He oversees a substantial portion of the business and leads relationships with more than 50 MedTech and Life Sciences clients. As a member of the CitiusTech Executive Council, the company’s six-member executive management team, Dhaval contributes to shaping CitiusTech’s strategic direction.
Dhaval is recognized as a thought leader in the healthcare and life sciences sectors and is committed to advancing healthcare transformation through innovative solutions that improve experience, accessibility, and affordability. He regularly shares his perspectives through industry articles and speaking engagements.
Prior to joining CitiusTech, Dhaval founded a boutique healthcare consulting firm and held senior roles serving large healthcare providers and healthcare technology organizations. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Wright State University, which support his technical expertise and deep understanding of healthcare technology.
