New AI PCs, edge innovations, and partner-ready infrastructure unlock growth for the channel ecosystem

May 20, 2025 | Dell Technologies World – India — Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) has significantly expanded its Dell AI Factory, unveiling a portfolio of enterprise-ready solutions designed to help channel partners fast-track AI adoption across customer environments — from endpoints to the data center and edge.

Key highlights include the industry-first Dell Pro Max Plus AI PC, featuring a discrete enterprise-grade NPU for on-device inferencing, and PowerEdge XE9785 servers with AMD Instinct™ MI350 GPUs delivering up to 35x better inferencing performance. Dell’s PowerCool eRDHx cooling system offers up to 60% energy savings — a game-changer for data center efficiency.

“Our partner ecosystem is essential to scaling AI innovation for every enterprise.” – Jeff Clarke, COO, Dell Technologies

Dell also deepened its partner ecosystem with on-prem AI solutions from Cohere, Glean, Google Gemini, and Meta’s Llama 4. These collaborations enable partners to build, deploy, and manage scalable agentic AI applications with tighter data control.

“The Dell AI Factory is built to simplify and scale AI for every business,” said Jeff Clarke, COO, Dell Technologies. “Our partner community plays a vital role in delivering these innovations to customers — unlocking new revenue streams and AI-driven transformation.”

With over 3,000 global customers already benefiting from its AI Factory, Dell’s latest updates position its partners to lead in the fast-growing enterprise AI market.
