With over 21 years of solid industry experience across industry verticals such as Telecom, Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, Banking, Financial Services, Automotive, and more, Shridhar has worked across geographies and customer environments throughout India.
Before his new stint as Chief Operating Officer at Vibs Infosol, Shridhar had served in leadership roles at Nutanix, Dell Technologies, Fusionstor, Locuz Enterprise, and HCL Infosystems. He is well-known for taking complete ownership of programs—starting from the first conversation to final delivery. He’s also served as a trusted advisor to many enterprise customers, often stepping in during critical escalations and turning them into opportunities for long-term partnerships. His strength lies in building trust, leading through complexity, and delivering outcomes that matter.
