Entry of second distributor promises improved services and competitive pricing for Adobe partners and customers
In a major move for Adobe’s channel ecosystem, Tech Data India, through its Datech Solutions arm, has officially launched distribution of Adobe products via the VIP Marketplace (VIP MP) for the Indian market. This positions Tech Data as the second Adobe distributor in the region, alongside incumbent Ingram Micro, signaling a new phase of healthy competition.
A formal communication from Tech Data to its reseller network highlighted the launch of its NT Platform for seamless Adobe VIP MP transactions. Resellers will soon receive access credentials, price lists, and ordering guidelines. Dedicated contact points for sales, renewals, and operations have been announced to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Tech Data’s value-added approach includes providing access to the Datech Partner Portal, which offers lifecycle tools like LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) and a CLM dashboard for proactive customer management. Webinars are planned to familiarize partners with the NT Platform and support VIP MP execution.
With Tech Data’s entry, Adobe’s distribution in India gains added momentum, promising partners broader choice, innovation, and stronger go-to-market support.
