UiPath announced the appointment of Jennifer Tejada to its Board of Directors. The appointment expands the UiPath Board to include nine members, a prestigious group of seasoned business and technology executives from world-leading venture capital and Fortune 500 firms. Tejada’s appointment comes on the heels of Michael Gordon and Kim Hammonds being named to the UiPath Board of Directors last month.
Tejada is the Chairperson and CEO of PagerDuty, the leader in digital operations management. She brings 25 years of unique experience, spanning mass consumer products to disruptive cloud and software solutions. Tejada has a successful track record in product innovation, optimizing operations, and scaling enterprise technology companies.
“Jennifer is an incredible addition to the UiPath Board of Directors,” said Daniel Dines, UiPath Co-Founder and CEO. “As a champion of the customer experience, she brings depth in building markets, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams. We believe her breadth in innovating products and services that support enterprises in digital transformation will be extremely valuable as UiPath continues to become a trusted enterprise advisor and fulfills our vision for the fully automated enterprise.”
Prior to her role at PagerDuty, Tejada was President and CEO of Keynote Systems, where she led the company to strong, profitable growth before its acquisition by Dynatrace. Before Keynote, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom, leading its global strategy up to its acquisition by ABB.
“UiPath is fundamentally changing how people work, with a long-term view that will ensure the company’s role as an increasingly important partner to enterprises optimizing their businesses and accelerating their digital initiatives,” said Tejada. “Daniel, the team, and the company have built an incredible business with tremendous runway. I look forward to working alongside them and UiPath Board members during an important phase for a growing company.”
