Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) has set-up a war room to promptly respond to potential business operational disruptions due to the impact of cyclone Yaas which is likely to hit the coastal areas of West Bengal and Odisha over the next 24 hours.

This dynamic war room is being managed by specialized technical teams who are monitoring the situation closely to gather as much information possible on the sites which are prone to any probable disruptions. On-ground Quick Response Teams (QRTs) have been aligned and mobilized to take swift and informed decisions during the impending calamity.

Commenting on TTBS preparedness, a company spokesperson further added, “The safety of our field staff and seamless connectivity of our services is our utmost priority. Basis technical inputs, we are taking all the required pre-emptive measures to reduce any anticipated interruptions to minimal levels.  Additionally, we are in touch with local administration for carrying out coordinated efforts during the cyclone. We are also reaching out to all our enterprise customers to apprise them of the situation and assuring them of our dedicated support round the clock.”
