Shahana joined the business as a product manager and contributed towards building new revenue models. In the usage & retention role, she contributed towards maximizing share of wallet & created retention tools. Subsequently, she set up the marketing team from ground up and introduced all digital practices that today constitute approximately 70% of overall marketing spends.
She is credited to have set up analytics and data mining practices to aid marketing and lead generation initiatives. Introduced first of its kind in the industry tools such as – Meet4Solutions (online consulting platform). Improved brand saliency & customer experience over the years. Also, responsible for increasing contribution (30% +) to all new revenue accruing to the business YoY.
