NatWest Group expands in India with the new Bengaluru office

The opening of the new office marks an important step in NatWest’s expansion in India and reflects the bank’s continued investment in India’s deep technology and talent ecosystem 

NatWest Group India today announced the opening of its new office at Taurus 4, in Bagmane Constellation Business Park. This is an important step in NatWest’s expansion in India and reflects the bank’s continued investment in India’s deep technology and talent ecosystem. 

The new office is a modern, future-ready workspace designed to foster collaboration and support the development of skills and talent in areas such as AI, data, and engineering. This expansion builds on the bank’s previous commitment to grow its India-based workforce and to further strengthen its global digital capabilities. It reinforces Bengaluru as one of NatWest’s most important hubs for technology and operations, complementing its strong presence in Chennai and Gurugram.

Key Highlights of the new Bengaluru office: 

  • Capacity in the new office will be three times that of the previous office, giving flexibility in light of plans to grow teams in Bengaluru. 
  • The location will serve as a hub for pioneering technology solutions and cutting-edge developments, supporting us as we work in simpler and smarter ways to better serve our customers.

  • A modern, sustainable, and inclusive workplace designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, and flexibility. The state-of-the-art facility spans over 370,000 square feet across 11 floors, is a LEED-certified green building, targeting a gold certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
