WD Extends its App Offering

Plex Media Server makes My Cloud NAS series a one-stop shop to store, protect organize and stream the content to all devices

Plex by Western Digital is an entertainment app that can be downloaded to and deployed on the My Cloud NAS series. Plex organizes video, music and photos from personal media libraries and streams them to smart TVs, streaming boxes and mobile devices.

WD is aims to furthering its apps capabilities on its My Cloud product line up. The series of products equipped with an array of Plex features, include
Stream supported file formats directly from your personal My Cloud (models: My Cloud Mirror, My Cloud EX2, and My Cloud EX4) to any Plex app
