Top Notch Enters into Surveillance Market

Launches 15 new products in the categories of cameras, DVRs and video door phones

Top Notch Inftonic, the brand owner of Zebronics, today announced its foray into the surveillance and security equipment business.

As per Rajesh Doshi, Founder and Director, Top Notch, there will be 15 new products in the categories of cameras, DVRs and video door phones. The surveillance business will operate as an independent business with its own sales force. The company will take advantage of the government call for make in India to manufacture the products in India. Doshi is hopeful that by the end of this year, security products will contribute 15% of their overall revenue.

These products will be targeted at the SMB, retail and commercial establishments and the home segment but the same time the company will also focus on the government, transportation, banking and finance market.
Today the company has created 106 support centres and 31 branch offices to support these products. Along with this, the company has established a 24/7 online technical support facility.

As per Doshi, Zebronics as a brand has a mass appeal. This will help them to push these new products in the market and as such India as a market has a huge potential for surveillance products. This will help them to establish these products in the market.

Along with the surveillance products, the company has also launched LED products and tablets. Although these two markets are different to the existing business line that Top Notch is into but Doshi is confident that he would find ways and means to establish these products as the market is really hungry for affordable products. Also he will never compromise on the quality of the products as the company established its in-house R&D facility in Chennai.
Finally, with the addition of these two products and good performance of the existing performance including the portfolio of speakers, the company expects to take its turnover from Rs.250 crore last year to Rs.325 crore this year and Rs.650 crore next year.
