Tally On-boards First Batch of Certified Partners under ‘Vriddhi’

Tally Solutions said it is welcoming its first batch of Certified Partners to the new partner structure, as a part of the ‘Vriddhi’ partner program.

These partners have been certified after meeting compliance standards on a number of processes, to deliver high customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.

The program, which was launched in March this year, has settled in well with Tally’s mammoth network of 28000+ members. Since the rollout of Vriddhi, the company has reached out to the entire network to educate them and gather feedback on the new commercial framework as well as the processes they would need to follow in their new roles.

Tejas Goenka, Executive Director, Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., said, “Vriddhi has brought in an organised, focused and a systematic approach in the way our partners are approaching their businesses. And now it is imperative that they get recognition and the right platform to serve more customers with greater quality. I am looking forward to help drive collective business growth with them in the coming years.”

As a part of Vriddhi, the first batch of Certified Partners has undergone the assessments on their product knowledge as well as soft skills used during customer engagements. For product knowledge assessments, Tally Solutions has launched a comprehensive online assessment engine. These online assessments are provided in 7 Indian languages – Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and Tamil; to enable partners in smaller towns to take the assessments through a preferred local language.

Tally is also initiating classroom trainings to train partners on products, in a classroom environment, in order to help them to clear assessments, and deliver great customer experiences with strong and certified product knowledge.
