Changes its name to Socomec Innovative Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd
Socomec UPS India Pvt. Ltd. has changed its name to Socomec Innovative Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd with immediate effect.
With respect to the recent announcement Socomec intends to redefine its development strategy from being a product specialist to a solutions specialist for expert applications. The new name portrays this strategy and reflects the evolution of its business model and diversity of service offerings provided by the company, the press release announced.
Olivier Tremouille, MD, Socomec Innovative Power Solutions, said, “We are extremely excited about the launch of our new company name. The new name and our wider range of product portfolios will enable us to provide better value proposition to our customers and partners.”
The company will continue to operate in its current structure with expanded business applications such as Critical Power & Solar Power. It will still operate with the same high standard of service at the same location with the same dedicated team under the new name.
Another Socomec subsidiary in India that deals with business applications such as Power Control & Safety and Energy Efficiency will remain unchanged
