The accomplishments of the Indian IT channel industry during the past year were celebrated on 24th November at the Eros Hotel, New Delhi, as SME Channels held the seventh edition of its annual Tech Summit and Awards.
Hundreds of distinguished audience comprising government officials, distributors, VARs, system integrators, solution providers, representatives from IT associations and channel partners from across the country attended the event, which took place inside the plush confines of the Royal Ballroom of the Eros Hotel.
The event, held alongside a gala dinner, started with the lightening of the ceremonial lamp and a welcome address by Sanjay Mohapatra, Group Editor, Accent Infomedia.
One hundred awards were presented to the partners who have done the most to build and improve the wellbeing of the IT channel sector in the country.
One of the major highlights was panel discussion on ‘Cloud Computing and Partner’s growth’. Cloud solutions are finding favors with the Indian customers who have recognized the cost effectiveness of switching to the third party providers of the Cloud solutions that cost less and are more flexible.
The ceremony closed with the presentation of awards to the vendors for their recent contribution to the Indian IT industry.
In the end, Sanjib Mahapatra, Publisher, SME Channels delivered a vote of thanks to all the awardees, attendees, associations and sponsors for making the event an unparalleled success.
