Revv app on Android, iOS available

Revv, the Delhi-NCR based self-drive car services company, has released its mobile app on Android as well as iOS.
The app will deliver a smooth booking process and user-experience by allowing the patrons to book a car with the minimum possible number of clicks. App users can book from the available cars on the preferred dates with a pricing plan that doesn’t count kilometres. To further enhance the experience, users can use the pre-trip inspection checklist on the app and can modify, cancel, extend or shorten the trip as late as just 3 hours before the scheduled start time.

The Revv app is architected by a team of Indian and expat UI/UX designs to ensure fewer clicks and an intuitive flow, which makes users spend minimum time in creating a booking and also get the right transparency on pricing, policy etc. while at it.

Commenting on the launch, Karan Jain, Co-founder, Revv, said, “We’ve seen phenomenal customer adoption since our launch in on July 27 catering to nearly 100 customers every day. We believe this could reach USD 5 Billion revenue market by 2020, as people increasingly adopt this product for mass-market use cases, just like it has happened in other similar geographies such as China and Brazil. “

He added, “This new app, and more broadly the overall tech backbone, is an essential part of our goal to make to cater to our customers’ growing desire to access convenient travel solutions from anywhere and at any time. We are also working on bringing more interesting innovations into the market in the form of modified cars and plan to add Harley-Davidson and Enfield bikes to the portfolio because the freedom to use-without-owning isn’t only about cars.”

Revv boasts of a fleet of 150 cars at the moment, with 50% SUVs, and the remaining fleet comprising ultra-luxury cars, sedans and hatchbacks. The company is expecting the fleet to grow to more than 500 by the end of the year.
