Portronics’ Launches Scanny 7 for Paperless Future

Stores one’s scans on a microSD card (included) – just like a digital camera

Portronics has launched its new portable scanner, the ‘Scanny 7,’ which is the newest to join the series of portable scanners – Scanny 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, which have been launched earlier by Portronics.
Scanny 7 is an uncomplicated innovative portable scanner for going paperless as it is tiny and mobile announced the press release. It further added that Scanny 7 is the perfect choice for small businesses, mobile professionals or anyone else who needs a compact mobile scanner loaded with high performance features.

In addition, it automatically pulls the sheet through and makes a digital copy in seconds. Another feature of Scanny 7 is that it doesn’t need to be tied down to the computer like other scanners. Thus, one can use it wherever they find it most convenient in their home or office as scans are stored on a microSD card (included), just like a digital camera.

In terms of storage, Scanny 7 stores one’s scans on a microSD card (included) – just like a digital camera. Hence, when user is ready to organize, he will have to simply insert Scanny 7 microSD card into his computer or connect the scanner itself via USB.

In addition, user will always have an option to scan the photos in the JPEG formats and documents in PDF formats. Thus, scans can be done to the max up to 1200 DPI starting from 300 and 600 DPI. In addition, the scan quality is as good as normal large scanners without many hassles.

Scanny 7 is available at a price of Rs. 7,499.
