Channel partners play a key role in the unified communication market in taking the services to the last mile , expanding the delivery & support coverage. With cloud services touted to be a major play riding on unified communication in India, channel’s role has crossed over from sales enablers to IT transformation agents.
In these times of digital disruption, we are seeing enterprises going on a hyper-collaborative mode which is very essential for being on top of their businesses. The other phenomenon we are seeing is that the borders are blurring between different silos of Collaboration like UC, Video, Conferencing and Contact center. Effective communication is a major contributor to the success of any organization. The medium of communication has evolved over time and it continues to do so every day. There is an increased demand for collaboration among the companies and so a huge market for UC Solutions is in the making.
