OM Logistics Upgrades ERP App with Micro Focus

Shifts its OM Track and Trace application from Micro Focus Server Express to Micro Focus Visual COBOL for Eclipse

OM Logistics has successfully modernized its OM Track & Trace Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application using software from Micro Focus.

By moving its OM Track & Trace application from Micro Focus Server Express to Micro Focus Visual COBOL for Eclipse, OM Logistics can now create and deploy enterprise class COBOL applications to new platforms like .NET, Java Virtual Machine (JVM), UNIX, Windows, Linux and the cloud announced the company.

The company said that OM Logistics has built a considerable reputation by linking all the supply chain elements and providing a single window logistics service for 500 clients in the corporate and multi-national automobile industries. It delivers transport, warehouse and logistic support, focusing on just-in-time supply and highly organized goods flow.
