Polycom has released several new services offers designed to help IT administrators make smarter decisions, drive adoption and protect their unified communications and collaboration investments – now and into the future.

One of the new unique innovations, Polycom RealAccess services delivery platform, puts personalised and near-real-time data at their fingertips through a secure, cloud-based portal, giving them the power to analyse, manage and make evidence-based decisions about their collaboration environment announced the press release.
