A survey by Great Place to Work Institute and The Economic Times has recognized neoteric among top 50 IT-BPM Companies to Work for in 2015

IT value-added distributor neoteric infomatique has been recognized among India’s top 50 IT-BPM Companies to Work for 2015, by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The Great Place to Work is world’s largest annual survey-based audit of workplace excellence that identifies the best companies to work for across 50 countries.

The Indian audit for 2015 was conducted by the Institute in partnership with The Economic Times and interviewed over 1.8 lakh employees from 700 companies across 20 industry verticals.

In the IT-BPM category, the Institute surveyed over 135 companies through two different lenses—TrustIndex, a survey to gather employees’ experience at their organization; and Culture Audit, an assessment of the existing policies and programs of the organizations.

The ranking places neoteric among companies like Google, Microsoft, SAP Labs, RMSI, Adobe, EMC, Hitachi Data Systems and NIIT.

The award acknowledged neoteric for its commitment to enhance the professional growth of its employees and its vibrant culture where employees feel belonged at work. It also accredited neoteric’s initiative to forge a responsive partnership with its vendors and partners.

“We are proud to be recognized among the top 50 of the Best IT-BPM Companies to Work for. It is a reflection of the team spirit and camaraderie among our 400+ talented team members across 40 branches. This year, we are more focused on enhancing people productivity through investments in training and leadership development programs. This recognition will play an important role in our overall goal of being a most-preferred value-added technology distributor,” said Paras Shah, CEO, neoteric infomatique.
