D-Link showcases its latest innovations in Smart Home, surveillance and Wi-Fi router technologies at Mobile World Congress 2016, as well as developments in telecoms technology. D-Link, which celebrates its 30th anniversary of keeping customers connected this year, shows why it sits at the heart of the Smart Home.
Current capabilities include the latest home automation and video surveillance devices that make our lives easier and safer; partnerships with ISPs and utility companies to bring smart home packages to market; and underlying it all, high-performance routers that improve coverage and help to maximize the available Internet speed in our homes, allowing consumers to connect to more.
The company’s latest advancements in the Smart Home arena, and a look forward to what’s coming next, is being shown through demonstrations and previews on Stand 2D33MR (Hall 2).
Highlights from D-Link at this year’s Mobile World Congress include:
- The world’s first 180-degree Wireless AC wide eye cameras (European preview) – Ground-breaking new home security camera technology from D-Link offers instant 180˚ view of a room without the need for pan and tilt. Four new discreet cameras offer the widest view on the market today, bringing business-level video surveillance to homes. One of the cameras is the latest in the mydlink Home portfolio, able to connect to other Smart Home devices in the range, and can be managed remotely via the free mydlink Home app
- EXO high performance routers (European preview) – As people look to connect more to their home network, the new EXO Wireless AC routers series enables fast, whole-home coverage. The routers deliver high performance for multiple connected devices, as well as demanding tasks such as 4K media streaming
