Microland continuously strengthening presence in India

Microland has continued to establish its strong presence in the Indian market for the fiscal year 2015-16 by securing several IT Infrastructure services deals across multiple sectors in India worth over INR 100 crores in contract value. These wins range across a spectrum of industries including one of the world’s largest beverage companies, an integrated financial services group that offers a wide range of services to a significant clientele that includes corporations, financial institutions, high net-worth individuals and retail investors; a Fortune 1000 company which provides the world’s leading software and services across various sectors and a $41 billion dollar corporation in the league of Fortune 500.

Further strengthening its India presence, Microland recently inaugurated a new facility in Baghmane Tech Park, Bangalore. The company’s fourth working facility in Bangalore operates as a dedicated delivery centre for some of their clients such as Datalink, Computacenter, Unilever, ASG Group, E&Y and Clifford Chance. Spread around 57,000 sq. ft. with a capacity of 550 personnel supporting customers from across 13 countries, the centre illustrates Microland’s growing capabilities to increase its service portfolio and bring agility in responding to diverse customer needs through global delivery capabilities. Currently the employee strength of 85 members provides services ranging from DC professionals services to network monitoring and management services.

The Hybrid IT Infrastructure Services provider will soon open an office in Saudi Arabia to offer specialist services to clients in Middle East countries.

Microland diversified its portfolio with these wins and expansion, demonstrating the company’s diverse domain expertise across areas like BFSI, Retail, IT services and telecom. The large deal sizes are testimony to the great traction they are seeing in India for the unique value proposition in the IT Infra area reinforced by methodologies and IP in smart center in the last year. The services provided by Microland range from advisory to end to end infrastructure services support. It includes delivery of demand based staff augmentation and facilitating a robust process framework. In addition to this, Microland also supports its clientele with low risk transition and an integrated tools framework aiding superior user experience.
