As per Rohit Singh, Senior Marketing – Telecom, Matrix Comsec, it is a complete package NextGen IP-PBX offering mobility capability for anywhere and anytime access.

He said, “Mobility is one of its strengths and it also has multi-location collaboration incase the customer has multiple offices in different cities. This is the only box which is compact in size but still delivers 128 VOIP and 64 Voice Mail channels so that maximum concurrent calls can happen. The customer can have video call and instant messaging. He can monitor people with their status and presence. It has thousand shortcut keys and 600 BLF Keys and can have PC as an extension. Plus, it offers multi-location solution – helping you to connect your branch offices, mobile office and home office with the head office.”

It also takes all connectivity technologies PRI, BRI, Analogue trunk, IP-extensions, VOIP – extensions, etc. it takes 1250 users and the pricing also various from the number of users. On the trunk size, you can have maximum 64 GSM card insertion directly. it also gives unified messages including email to SMS and vis e versa, bulk messaging and you can also do video call and collaboration. The video collaboration can be done from PC to Mobile phone and video phone to Mobile phone and PCs. From a video door phone and video camera you can have direct streaming. We are also integrating COSEC biometric solution, which helps our door control solution. It will help the organizations to have door controllers and security from a single box. You can also build fire alarm access control solution, office extension, PA system integration, radio integration, etc. so the organizations can run almost 10 applications from a single box, which is a good product for the partners to make them different from the others.

In the case of emergency, if there is network outage, the organizations can insert radio cards and enable the walky-talkies for communication, which also can be offered to defense, police, security agencies and emergency service providers.

Finally…

As per Rohit, this product has been installed in some education institutes, defense and corporates. However he asserts, Matrix Comsec is focusing on Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing and BFSI verticals. This product would be priced little over Rs.3 lakh with half the solution integrated.
