Capacity to Create 128 Graphs: Facility to create 128 Auto-attendant menus allows the customers to reach the desired department by dialing just a string of numbers. This feature is mainly used at places where call centers of different companies operate under the same roof.

Call Queuing: VMS V7 offers Call Queuing facility for up to one and half hours. The callers in queue are greeted with Auto-attendant messages, creating a personalized experience for them.
