In a function at BSNL headquarter in Bangalore the award was presented by TEMA and CMAI Association of India in association with BSNL QA at Bangalore on 22nd May 2015.Telecom Equipment Manufacturers’ Association of India (TEMA) is recognized by the Government of India as the National Apex body to represent telecom Technology Providers, Global and Indian, Private and Government owned companies. Matrix has a rich innovation lineage. The company has acquired a formidable reputation for quality and engineering of its products and already won more than 20 reputed awards nationally and internationally. Today Matrix products are sold in more than 40 countries world-wide.
This award, instituted by TEMA, acknowledges the most outstanding technological innovation that has brought prestige to India. It is awarded to technology that is developed in the country by Indian innovators and meets the highest global standards. Technologies leading to commercially successful products, processes and services, which give India a sustainable competitive advantage, are considered for the award.
