LTI bags Golden Peacock National Quality Award 2021

Larsen & Toubro Infotech has been awarded the Golden Peacock National Quality Award 2021. The award recognizes LTI’s consistent endeavour to deliver excellence while maintaining optimum quality benchmarks.

Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India in 1991, is considered to be among the coveted awards for corporate excellence worldwide. Golden Peacock National Quality Award (GPNQA) scheme has been instituted to encourage Total Quality improvements in both manufacturing as well as service organizations in India. GPNQA is presented to organizations in different industrial sectors, adjudged to have made the most significant achievement in the field of Total Quality.

This year’s edition included 146 applications shortlisted for the final round which were then scrutinised through a three-tier assessment process. It involved an assessment group jury comprising experts from domain areas such as Risk Management, Innovation, Business Excellence, Learning & Development and Quality Management. Each of the application was reviewed by assessors independently, and was later discussed by the committee for normalization of assessments/reviews.
