Lentra Ramps up C-Suite with CFO and CHRO Appointments

Lentra today appointed Haribandhu Patra as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Bhuvaneswar Naik as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). The new appointments will enhance Lentra’s ability to rapidly scale-up operations and launch innovative technology platforms that empower banks and financial institutions to democratize credit in India.

Lentra’s innovative platform empowers banks and financial institutions in India to democratize credit. More than 50 banks and financial institutions have processed over 13 billion transactions on Lentra Lending Cloud. The new appointments will help accelerate Lentra’s growth as it expands its footprint in India and across the world.

Haribandhu Patra has more than two decades of experience in leading Finance teams at several global financial technology organizations. At Lentra, he will focus on enhancing shareholder value.

Bhuvaneswar Naik has over 25 years of experience in managing Human Resource functions at leading global technology organizations. He brings deep expertise in building dynamic workplace culture and global talent management programs. At Lentra, Bhuvaneswar will focus on human capital management while creating a high-performance culture.

In his previous stint, Haribandhu spent 10 years as the CFO & COO of Fiserv India, where he focused on functional areas of finance, taxation, legal and general administration. He has also been the CFO at leading financial institutions, such as BNY Mellon and Barclays Technology Centre, India. Bhuvaneswar has held multiple senior and global leadership roles at various international organizations, such as SAP, Capgemini, and Yahoo.
