Knowlarity integrates its cloud telephony offerings with Freshworks Inc.

Knowlarity has partnered with Freshworks Inc., one of the most rapidly growing SaaS companies in the customer engagement space. Knowlarity’s flagship product, SuperReceptionist, is now integrated with Freshdesk Mint. 

Once installed, SuperReceptionist brings in the cloud telephony features of Knowlarity into Freshdesk Mint. The app is available for download and can be directly installed inside Freshdesk from the Freshdesk Marketplace. SuperReceptionist enables businesses to communicate with their customers with extreme ease by having a built-in phone system that can be accessed without ever leaving the helpdesk. This association will help businesses provide a seamless experience to their customers with the blend of cloud telephony and customer support.
