HP Expands Mobile Printing for Businesses

Launches HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 as the world’s first Mopria-certified printer that supports embedded print for Android-based devices

Targeted at both enterprise segment and SMBs HP has expanded its printing portfolio with the launch of a slew of printer devices including the industry’s first inkjet devices designed to meet the complex needs of today’s large businesses.
The HP Officejet Enterprise Color MFP X585 and HP Officejet Enterprise Color X555 are powered by HP PageWide Technology, which takes proven, advanced commercial printing technologies and scales them to a new class of enterprise printers. The HP Officejet Enterprise series devices are enterprise ready with tested durability to handle the rigorous printing demands of enterprise businesses—printing at twice the speed and at up to half the cost per page of color lasers.

HP’s lineup of devices for SMBs and enterprises simplifies the way customers can print through NFC touch-to-print capabilities, wireless direct printing, HP ePrint and HP AirPrint announced the press release.

HP also expanded its business printing portfolio to address the needs of businesses to improve document workflows while maintaining security. The new printing line-up comes with the latest mobile print capabilities designed to help businesses increase productivity.

Among the launch is the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 as the world’s first Mopria-certified printer that supports embedded print for Android-based devices.
