Helping Indian SMBs Improve Sales Productivity

Knowlarity and Zoho announce integration between Knowlarity‘s SuperReceptionist solution and Zoho CRM, which will provide businesses with better sales insights

With a view to simplifying communication and increasing sales productivity in Indian SMBs, Knowlarity and Zoho have shaken hands. This association enables integration of Knowlarity’s SuperReceptionist, a virtual contact center solution with Zoho’s CRM platform. Now, Knowlarity and Zoho users will be able to make calls using SuperReceptionist from within the Zoho CRM.

As per the press release, the integration will significantly reduce after-call work and minimize average handling time for sales personnel. It will also provide automated data entry solutions, which will bring down human errors that occur while documenting customer information.

The SuperReceptionist solution for Zoho CRM platform will include features like ‘click-to-dial’ where users can call leads and customers with a single click from within the Zoho CRM. This option essentially removes need to juggle multiple screens, reduces time wastage, enabling more time to make more calls. Another key feature of the integration is ‘screen pop-ups’ where the contact’s information is readily available as a pop-up window on screen. This will enable sales people to be better prepared to handle calls, easily save first-time callers as leads/contacts in Zoho CRM, and add follow-up actions. The integration will also provide an automatic call logging feature, whereby all call activities and details will be automatically logged inside the CRM. Call analytics can be run anytime via reports in Zoho CRM.

Emphasizing on its applicability, Prashanth H N, Director and Head of Product Management, Knowlarity Communications said, “With this integration, call center agents will have all the customer information accessible in one place during the call, hence achieving more results in a day. Businesses will be able to deliver better customer experience as the conversations are more contextual and personalized,”

Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist, Zoho said, “Zoho CRM provides thousands of Indian start-ups with a rich repository of information and sales insights. Now, we also give these businesses a comprehensive view of their customer interactions, helping them make intelligent sales decisions.”Giving his thoughts on the integration, he added, “At a time when India has become home to the third largest number of start-ups in the world, businesses need a way to not just acquire, but also retain customers in order to thrive. By integrating Zoho CRM and SuperReceptionist, we are helping businesses do both”

According to the press release, Zoho CRM integration will be available for free with the Premium and Enterprise editions of SuperReceptionist. Also, all the editions of Zoho CRM platform will come with SuperReceptionist integration enabled for free.
