GajShield Infotech launches new technical certification program for the Pre Sales and Support Team

A leading provider of firewalls and security mechanisms, GajShield Infotech has launched a new certification program for pre-sales and support engineers, students, team members and individuals interested in building a career in cybersecurity on the 12th October 2020. Another feather in the cap of GajShield Online Academy for Learning Security (GOALS), the GajShield Security Essential Certification (G-SEC) Program is its latest offering. Established with a simple objective of providing a fundamental technical understanding of firewalls, their working and firewall security systems, this program is an ideal launching pad for those learning and understanding cybersecurity. Furthermore, this is an excellent platform for the in-house channel network technical team to gain knowledge on GajShield firewall systems.

Sonit Jain, CEO, GajShield Infotech, who has over 26 years of experience in the sector, said, “GOALS was initially established with a singular vision of providing an easy-to-use self-learning platform where business partners could familiarize themselves with the array of products and solutions GajShield has to offer. However, over time, it has developed into a multidimensional e-learning platform that is not restricted to employees or partners. Our focus has gradually broadened, and currently, empowering cybersecurity enthusiasts, pre-sales and support engineers and students as it is important to reach out to the business partners and employees.”

G-SEC specifically, is a program that is both accessible and exhaustive. Despite the course lasting for just a day, this self-learning certification provides comprehensive knowledge on firewall technical capabilities. Structured in a simple, interactive format with plenty of videos, it is easy to understand and extremely engaging. When successfully completed, users are endowed with a certificate of passing at the end of the program.

While it is designed to be accessed by a diverse group of users, the primary focus of the program remains the pre-sales and support teams. It is imperative that they have an understanding of the technical aspects of firewalls and security solutions as it both aids their productivity and broadens their horizons.
