Crestron Unveils Pyng OS 2 for Smart Homes

Crestron has revealed that it will unveil its Crestron Pyng OS 2, the operating system of the world’s smartest homes, in September. Built into the new CP3-R 3-Series Control System, a secure enterprise-grade control system for residential applications, Crestron Pyng OS 2 supports full integration of video control and distribution including Crestron DigitalMedia products, AVRs, local sources, set-top boxes, remote controls, and more. Now, residential systems integrators can set up and deploy the complete customized Crestron smart home at incredible speed, and with an unparalleled user experience. Crestron Pyng OS 2 will be available as an update for all existing Crestron Pyng Hubs shortly after the CPR-3 product launch.
