Concentrix Sweeps Netgear Client Scorecards

Wins Include “Best in Overall Performance”

Concentrix has won several client awards from global networking company, Netgear. Awards included “Best in Overall Performance” as a result of consistently performing above expectation across many areas of support.
“We pride ourselves on our engagement with our clients – on being invested fully in their outcomes. These Netgear awards are tangible evidence of this investment. We are honored to have been recognized many times over multiple categories for our dedication to excellence in all types of support, and look forward to many more years together!” said Chris Caldwell, President of Concentrix Corporation.

The awards were presented at the annual Netgear Supplier Conference in Hong Kong, which included Netgear suppliers and vendors. An evaluation of eligibility for awards was conducted across several categories, including Net Promotor Scores (NPS), which gauges a customer’s overall satisfaction, loyalty, and willingness to recommend the product to others; target goals in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through email, chat, and phone; Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence; attendance, email turnaround time, and more.

“Each vendor is carefully evaluated against multiple criteria to determine award winners,” said Joe Burke, Senior Manager of Global Operations for Netgear. “Concentrix met or surpassed target goals on every scorecard. We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Concentrix to drive future success together!”

Along with Best in Overall Performance, Concentrix also claimed Top Expert and Top Team awards for its Costa Rica and Manila sites, and secured an Excellence in CSAT Award and Excellence in NPS Award. Each award serves as a public demonstration of the way in which Concentrix continues to invest fully in every client engagement, performing with excellence to promote overall success.
