Customer management challenges have crippled the restaurant industry in India. The absence of proven technology and effective reservation management systems have eaten up into the otherwise growing sector. The restaurant industry in India faces colossal challenges mainly attributed to the highly fragmented customer base and lack of customer relationship management (CRM) systems Based out of Delhi-NCR, Clicktable.com intends to redefine front desk management by offering real-time solutions. With its intuitive interface, easy-to-operate software, anytime and anywhere access, multiple device usability, and offline capabilities, Clicktable.com is expected to facilitate a smoother dining experience. By facilitating restaurants in strategizing long-term and short-term decision making, Clicktable.com would provide restaurants with an improved return on investment.

We aim to provide restaurateurs across the country with scalable real-time solutions to optimize their businesses.”

The company, which currently operates with a team of 40 people, will launch its product in two phases. The first phase would involve a business-facing interface, targeted towards restaurants. The second phase would target diners in the urban clusters.
