As Engineering Leader for Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), India, Kap leads HCE India as a technology hub to drive exponential growth. He also oversees all product development and talent management. He is responsible for developing a long-term engineering vision and direction, driving the creation of next generation product functionality, and establishing processes and methods that ensure a high level of productivity, accountability, and ownership across the engineering team.
