New Relic onboarded Ben Goodman as its senior vice president for ASEAN, India, Greater Hong Kong and Korea. Reporting to Dmitri Chen, executive vice president and general manager, Asia-Pacific and Japan, Goodman is responsible for driving customer success in key regional markets.

Goodman has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry where he led sales strategy and was responsible for driving channels growth. He was most recently managing director and head of DX at Adobe Asia-Pacific. He previously held senior regional roles at EMC, Dell EMC, and Pure Storage.

“Ben is a proven leader in the digital space and has deep expertise and knowledge across key growth markets in the Asia Pacific region. We are thrilled that Ben has decided to join New Relic at a time when organisations are in dire need of effective observability tools to help them deliver stakeholder value for their digital investments,” said Chen.

“I’m honoured to join New Relic, an organisation with incredible pedigree, at a time when there’s clear, critical demand for observability services. I hope to enhance the sales culture within the organisation and exceed client needs to deliver more perfect software alongside our world-class product engineering team,” stated Goodman.

New Relic recently unveiled a reimagined New Relic One, with a clear, intuitive user experience, powerful new capabilities, and simple pricing and packaging. Leading organisations around the region, including Indonesia’s leading online mall BliBli, Thailand’s digital powerhouse True Digital, and innovative Indian FinTechs OkCredit and ZestMoney, rely on New Relic One to improve uptime and performance, achieve greater scale and efficiency, and accelerate time to market.
