ADTCTA urges to curb e-tailing Progress

Urges Prime Minister to intervene and save the traditional business to flourish

All Delhi Computer Traders Association (ADCTA) wants to emphasise that being in IT trade we are core well-wisher of NEW TECHNOLOGY and never afraid of any ethical competition.
From last many months, ADCTA is raising voice against unethical business practice of few e-tailers, e.g. Snapdeal.com; Flipkart.com; Amazon.in; Shopclues.com; Myntra.com etc.

According to ADCTA- FDI in retail is already arrived. On-line portals are spending investment in giving discounts on all range of products.

These portals are giving heavy discount on all range of products e.g. IT products; Electronics; Watches; Footwear; Fashion; Mobile and many more. These discounts are so deep that many times their selling price is lesser than even the landing price in India. These e-tailers are misguiding our Govt. about their business model and time is passing on.

These portals are running their business by abusing present law of trade. We have written to related Govt. Departments, Ministers but no one is ready to understand trader’s point of view. We have written to CBI for investigation and written a letter to SEBI to stop these e-tailers to bring IPO in future. Because these companies are using this money to destroy present business model (off-line market).

Effected Areas : (1) Generating Black Money (2) Tax Evasion (3) Huge Revenue Loss (4) Un-employment will generate….

We request Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Govt. to intervene immediately and protect livelihood of millions of traders, employees and their families.
