Appoints R. Dhamodharan as Business Head of ETS; N. Ravichandar as Business Head of ECS; and Rajan Rahi as Business Head for the Channel Business
Strengthening its leadership team HCL Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems Ltd., has appointed R. Dhamodharan as Business Head, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS); N. Ravichandar as Business Head of Enterprise Consulting Services (ECS); and Rajan Rahi as Business Head for the Channel Business.
The new team, along with Biswanath Bhattacharya, Chief Executive – HCL Services, will drive the next level of business growth of the company and strengthen its leadership position in the industry announced the press release.
R. Dhamodharan will lead the Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, focusing on driving synergies between different lines of Services offerings. He will also lead and guide the Infrastructure Management and Multi-Vendor Technology Services businesses to develop and deliver more value added offerings. Dhamodharan is an alumnus of IIM-Bangalore. He has more than 25 years of experience including close to two decades at IBM.
N. Ravichandar will drive the Enterprise Consulting Services business, consisting of Infrastructure Consulting, Enterprise Applications, Cloud, Mobility and other emerging technologies. He will be responsible for building domain expertise with specific focus on BFSI and IT/ITeS sectors. Ravichandar will also lead Sales, Business Support Groups and Delivery by working closely with different GTM teams for enhanced engagement with existing customers and acquisition of new customers. Ravichandar had started his career with HCL as a Management Trainee and later moved on to hold various important positions in the industry, including heading the Consulting practice for Technology Services division of HP.
Rajan Rahi will head the HCL Services’ Channel ecosystem and create exclusive offerings for Small and Medium Businesses, in partnership with Business Support Group organizations. Rajan started his career with HCL and had spent around 17 years in the company.
