The meet focussed on the features and technologies of Gigabyte 8 Series Motherboard
Gigabyte organized an interactive meet with PC enthusiasts or power users in Mumbai. The meet Gigabyte Power Conclave 2013 primarily focused on the features and technologies of Gigabyte 8 Series Motherboards, which support Intel 4th generation Core processors.
Another highlight of the event was an Extreme Overclocking session with leading Indian Overclocker, Harshal Tank, who used the G1.Sniper 5 motherboard with an Intel Core i7-4770K CPU (with liquid nitrogen for cooling ), to demonstrate his OC skills. At the meet, Faheem Maldar, a power user and sound expert, gave an insightful demo on Amp-Up Audio.
As per the release, the meet also witnessed a Gigabyte 8 series product or technology update by Supriya Mankame, Product Manager, Gigabyte India.
Harshal Tank, commented, “Power Users need more such events to interact directly with companies like Gigabyte – which they earnestly forward to. For me personally, it was great to catch up with Hi.Cookie after many years. The product update provided by Supriya was intuitive, helping you grasp the finer aspects of the technologies behind Gigabyte motherboards. Gigabyte Amp-Up Audio demo was also a good experience for Power Users.”
Added Prathamesh Patil, one of the attendees, said, “This is my first Gigabyte meet, and I should say it lived up to my expectations, especially the Overclocking session by Harshal. During the session, G1.Sniper 5 was rock-solid, indicating the robustness of Gigabyte 8 Series motherboards.”
