Check Point Names New Country Manager

Srinivas Sitaram will be responsible for channel sales, SMB and distribution

Check Point has appointed Srinivas Sitaram as Country Manager, Indian Subcontinent (ISC) with immediate effect. As part of his new portfolio, Srinivas will be responsible for Channel Sales, SMB and Distribution. Most recently, Srinivas was national partner manager at Microsoft India.

Srinivas brings with him close to 20 years of progressive and valuable industry experience having worked in leading organizations in the area of sales, marketing, business development, and managing customer and partner relationships in the areas of Information Technology products and services. During his tenure at Microsoft India where he served for 8 years, he managed wide-ranging partner types such as Value Added Resellers (VAR), system builder channel, SMB, learning partners and distributors. Before joining Check Point, Srinivas worked at various organizations including McAfee Security and Ingram Micro India Pvt. Ltd where he was responsible for varied security products.

Srinivas received his Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore University.
