Alchemy Group earns Great Place to Work ™ certification

Alchemy Group a Tech-First Digital Media & Content company has been certified as a Great Place to Work® and is recognized for its solutions driven work around programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, digital audio & regional Trans creation services.

This prestigious certification is awarded purely based on employee feedback and their experience working at Alchemy Group. An extensive survey is shared directly with the employees to evaluate the organization as a workplace across categories- Culture, Career Growth, Workplace Environment etc. The Great Place to Work Index©️ survey evaluates companies for certification by measuring employee trust and various aspects of company culture, including their sense of pride within the company.

The Great Place to Work® certification is given post assessment and excelling in 5 elements of Trust Index© namely Credibility, Respect, Pride. Fairness & Camaraderie. The survey also conducts a Culture Audit© that identifies Financial Growth, Values, Leadership Effectiveness and Innovation by all.
