Genesys recognizes APac partners for their achievements

The conference also saw Genesys announce the expansion of its Asia Pacific Partner Network, with new partners in Asia and an increased presence across the region.

Genesys has recognised its top performing partners during the annual Genesys APAC Partner conference held from Feb. 20-22, 2017 at the Gold Coast, Australia.

This year’s Best Performing Partner award recipients were:

  • Australia and New Zealand: Veridian Solutions and Datacom Services
  • Greater China: eSoon China Ltd.
  • India: CS Infocomm Pvt. Ltd.
  • Japan: NEC Corp. and Itochu Techno Solutions Corp.
  • South Korea: Netcom Solution Co., Ltd.
  • Southeast Asia: Hewlett Packard Enterprise
  • Asia Pacific: Dimension Data

On accepting the award for Best Performing Partner of the Year 2016, Asia Pacific, Anil Joglekar, Managing Director and Founder Member of CS Infocomm, said, “We have been partners with Genesys for some time now. Customer interaction management being our prime focus, we aim at integrating with businesses to form a top notch enterprise communication hub. Working with Genesys has helped us employ the best-of-breed approach to develop connectors across industry’s leading platforms. With this recognition, we look forward to a more strengthened association with Genesys.”

The expansion of the network means Genesys and its partners can offer complete solutions for customer engagement to a wider spectrum of companies across APAC. Solutions can be tailored to specific requirements, including complementary portfolio offerings such as unified communications and collaboration tools.

By joining the Genesys Partner Network, businesses can grow, increase operational efficiency with online tools, training and support, and ultimately achieve increased levels of profitability.

With the expansion of its Partner Network, Genesys has also incorporated enhancements to make it easier to do business with the company.

“We are continuously encouraged by Genesys growth across the APAC region, which is also driving the expansion of our partner ecosystem,” said Keith Budge, senior vice president of Genesys Asia-Pacific. “To better support this expansion, we’ve created distinct technology, services and business partner categories within our program. This gives partners easier access to support, along with other benefits.”

Genesys currently numbers more than 1,000 partners worldwide, representing a mature and broad range of skills to ensure successful deployments and superior support and service for its customer engagement solutions.
