TCS, ICT Academy join hands to support skill development

The partnership between TCS and ICT Academy is expected to benefit students from more than 1500 institutes by enhancing their employability as they take advantage of the e-learning courses available online.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a partnership with the ICT Academy, an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the state Governments and Industries, to support the Government’s goal of skill development. As a part of the MoU, the ICT Academy will deploy the TCS iON Digital HUB platform to make its Skill, Vocational and Competency Oriented courses easily available online to students and teachers across associated institutes. By hosting its content on the iON Digital HUB, the ICT Academy will be able to make its rich content accessible to a large section of students who are otherwise limited to learning through physical training centres available only in specific locations.

The iON Digital HUB is an Online Learning platform offering Courses, Assessments, Communities and Events. It is an ideal platform for any individual who wishes to pursue education on a self-learning pace. The iON Digital HUB caters to learners across various segments right from K 12 to working professionals. It enables educators and trainers to deliver self-paced and blended learning which enables an individual to learn at any place and any time.
