Shivaami promotes Cloud with ‘Go for Cloud’ Event

The event was directed towards helping SMBs learn more about the benefits of cloud computing and how it can transform their businesses

Shivaami Cloud Services, a premier partner of Google For Work India, recently organized a ‘Go for Cloud’ event at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The event, which aimed at demystifying cloud computing for small and mid-sized enterprise customers, was attended by more than 120 senior executives including MDs, CEOs and CIOs. The event showcased Shivaami’s cloud offerings and also included hands-on demos and live interactive sessions on the latest cloud computing tools and techniques. The participants gained insights on the benefits of cloud computing and how it can be leveraged to transform their businesses.

“It is our pleasure to host this special meet to connect with new customers. We, at Shivaami, have always focused on actively engaging with customers as that is essential for our mutual business success. This event aimed at demonstrating the unique capabilities of Google Apps for business and sharing useful insights to help make the right decisions while adopting cloud-based solutions. We look forward to reaching out to more customers in other cities as well,” said Punit Thakkar, Director &CEO, Shivaami Cloud Services.

Shivaami is planning to increase their footprint outside metros and tapping SMB customers for cloud solutions. The basic motive of this event was to demonstrate how organizations can use cloud to accomplish more with less. Google has taken the lead in bringing cloud-based solutions to help take productivity to a whole new level.
The company believes that the coming year would belong to cloud computing and tier-2 cities will play an important role in driving cloud-led business growth in the country. Ahmedabad is a rapidly developing city and companies based here would certainly require the latest technology of Google Apps to take their business productivity to new heights.

Thakkar says, “As a part of our long-term marketing strategy, we are aggressively focusing on B&C class cities where the penetration of cloud computing has now started increasing. By organizing these events, we intend to benefit our customers by helping them identify new business opportunities. Such events also provide them a platform to learn and interact with Google experts.”

Shivaami has been growing its bouquet of cloud offerings by partnering with new OEMs. The company recently tied-up with ProsperWorks, which is one of the world’s topmost brands in CRM, to provide powerful Cloud-Based CRM Solutions for Google Apps. ProsperWorks CRM unifies fragmented data from Gmail, Google Apps and other external sources to create a strong tool focused on selling.
