How do you find Symantec’s products in terms of its features vis-a-vis other brands?

The technologies that we have deployed from Symantec have proven to be superior and very well-received by our customers. At every step Symantec expands their technological expertise and understanding of customer needs and the ability to successfully integrate both, helping customers stay a step ahead of cybercriminals.

What is your strength in terms of market reach?

In India, we mainly concentrate in the southern market. We also have subsidiary in Singapore which caters to specific customer needs for doing USD transactions. We leverage our associate companies for business across other Indian locations.

What is your message for peer group?

Every partner has a specific niche in which they operate. In order to stay relevant and drive higher services revenue, it is important for them to re-invent themselves and work with right vendors who are able to address the customers’ biggest challenges especially in today’s marketplace where business models like cloud, e-commerce, and enterprise mobility are driving innovation.
