This has been the strategy of our founder, Mr Kunwer Sachdev, who is an extra-ordinary motivation speaker. And this is the culture at Su-Kam. We are a one big family.

Distinctive Decision Making

Our decision to focus heavily on marketing has helped to grow our business. We have realized that marketing a product is as important as creating it at the first place. You have to reach out to your dealers, distributors and customers and tell them how great is your product. If you are able to convince them then the business will automatically increase. We are having a huge dealership network of over 30,000 across India and we will be empanelling a total of 50,000 dealers Pan-India. I would admit that Su-Kam has always been making innovative and technologically advanced products such as touchscreen inverters, but now we are spending equal amount of resources in marketing our products. Here’s how we are doing it:

We are organizing many interesting training workshops for our channel partners nationwide so that they can learn more about our products. It also gives us a golden opportunity to get their feedback.

Everything and everybody is online these days so we have been using the power of digital marketing to grow our channel sales network, recruit new dealers/distributor Su-Kam is the only company in the sector to have an active blog that is updated daily, we have more than 50,000 followers on social media. You’d be surprised to know about the amazing response we get on Facebook.

We are using our YouTube channel to create videos for our channel partners as well as customers so that they can easily understand our products. We are using 2d animation to make the videos look interesting and visually appealing.

We are present at every prestigious exhibition in India, South Africa, Dubai and other countries. I must say that our stalls have been very successful in getting attention from people thanks to our innovative products.

Channel Vision for 2016

As a power solution providing company our focus is in the solar sector which has a tremendous potential in the Indian market. We will be focusing primarily on the VAT 0 states like Jammu and Kashmir, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Assam & Maharashtra. In 2015-16 we are the first company who has generated over 100MW in the Category of Solar Rooftop which has touched over 2,00,000 people across India and for the coming financial year (2016-17) we are targeting at least 200 Cr in the field of Solar Generation and harnessing in the domestic market. We are also planning to empanel all the system integrators of the Indian solar industry because we believe in scaling bigger heights, not individually but by taking the people with us.
